Energie is the Eurobattle 2010 Main Sponsor

Energie is the Eurobattle 2010 main sponsor. As usually, the italian male brand, is associated to the great international events. This time, in Portugal, Energie is the main sponsor of the 6th edition of Eurobattle. It will take place in Oporto, in CACE Cultural, from 30^th April to 2^nd May.

The Eurobattle is an internacional hip-hop event that brings together the best dancers of the world. In the same place, at the same time, five dance styles will compete: Bboying, Bgirling, Locking, Popping and Newschool.

This year, Eurobattle, which is in the 6^th edition already, expects to receive 2.000 visitants for day, and a participation of 600 prestigious dancers. Besides the competitions, this spectacle will present several workshops, Grafitty and Urban Art Exhibitions and the participation of the best Dj’s and MCs of the Urban Culture. Applications will be available and promoted to a target audience – schools, universities, dance academies and gyms – allowing participants to take note of lessons learned over the years by the big names of urban culture. Active participation of resident “speakers” that with rhythm, will interact and encourage the public and participants with the clear purpose of brightening the performances.

Eurobattle judge panel, independent and well known in urban culture, not only will judge the dancers but also make an individual performance and hold workshops.

After the competition in CACE all crews will head to Act Club. With a soundtrack provided by the Eurobattle Dj’s, all dancers and MC’s will rock the floor of Act that will open its doors to the city in a pure Hip Hop night.

“Walk the Line” is a Facebook application dedicated to all Miss Sixty fans, established in collaboration with Mutado, Milanese Web Agency which designed it, studying and developing the web contents.

Hundreds of fans downloaded the application from the brand’s page on Facebook, virtually queuing up in front of the Miss Sixty Store, with the aim of creating the longest queue and win a frenzy Miss Sixty shopping experience worth 1,000 euro.

Signing up with “Walk the Line” automatically creates your own queue and the game begins! Every participant creates a virtual trail which will become longer thanks to your own contacts on the social network. Participants may decide to invite their own friends to climb the rank up and join their friends’ queues. The extended line will thus assume the shape of a snake to celebrate the arrival of the new Miss Sixty Snake Zipshot Limited Edition: a low-waist slim fit denim featuring an all over python effect print.

The “Walk the Line” application will be downloadable from March 22^nd to May 22^nd 2010 from the Miss Sixty fan page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/MissSixty) where you may also have updates on the race’s status, on the length of your queue and see the 60 longest queues. The company will award the winner on June 30^th 2010.

With this operation, Miss Sixty joins Mutado in the development of innovative and amusing contents, in line with the brand’s philosophy and thus confirming the brand’s will to support an all-inclusive creative communication also through the web and social media.
